'Clover Root Weevil Project; on farm management of the economic and environmental impact of clover root weevil'.
The Clover Root Weevil Project was established in July 2005 and was completed June 2008. It was funded by the Sustainable Farming Fund and set out to gather and present a wide range of information on the impact of this pest. This included collating information about the weevil, likely impacts on farm based systems and identifying strategies that farmers might use to minimise its impact on their farm production.
The work was primarily carried out by the Clover Root Weevil Action Group and facilitated by Helen Moodie.
The project findings are available on the Clover Root Weevil Website, hosted by NZ Landcare Trust.
