NZ Landcare Trust is seeking a highly motivated person to fill the position of Regional Coordinator in the Bay of Plenty region. The position will be based in the Environment Bay of Plenty Offices in Tauranga. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work with individuals, community groups and organisations. Excellent project management skills are required along with an affinity for rural living and sustainable land management issues.

Regional coordinators play an important role within the Trust, directly delivering our mission, ‘sustainable land management through community involvement.’ We are looking for a candidate who exhibits strong interpersonal skills, planning and organisational ability, initiative, innovation and creativity, commercial acumen, problem solving ability and well developed communication skills. The successful person will be highly motivated with an ability to work unsupervised.

This is a full time 3 year contract offering flexibility and variety. A current driving license is essential. A relevant tertiary qualification and experience within a professional services environment would be an advantage.
