As an important part of the new Community Wetland Restoration project, Project Coordinator Monica Peters will be making contact with community groups and inspired individuals from north to south in order to get the most up to date information on what’s happening in their wetlands.
Some of the main topics covered in this informal survey will include project aims, type and scope of activities underway and ecological monitoring.
Results from the survey will help shape a monitoring toolkit for community groups as well as help build an online community of wetland restoration projects underway around NZ
